We orchestrated a remarkable finale for the MolsonCoors Distributor Conference held at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. Our mission was to transform the outdoor pool area into an unforgettable concert venue for a private performance by renowned rock legend, Lenny Kravitz. Despite the tight timeframe of just 63 hours from load in to load out, we successfully constructed a custom deck over the expansive pool, complete with a tailor-made performance stage featuring 822 feet of metal truss, 60 strobe lights, 135 moving lights, and top-of-the-line audio equipment to deliver a true rock and roll experience. A dedicated team of 250 crew members worked tirelessly day and night to make this vision a reality.
