While Gravel Experiential typically focuses on major brand activations and corporate events, when a powerhouse Chicago executive approached us about transforming her 50th birthday into an unforgettable experience, we couldn't resist the opportunity. Challenge accepted: turn 167 Events into the most spectacular disco party Chicago has seen since the 70s!

Taking inspiration from Studio 54 and adding a sprinkle of Vegas, we created a glittering wonderland where massive 6-foot mirrored globes floated above a custom-branded "Luck" dance floor, and a mesmerizing wall of disco balls set the stage for Chicago's own 16 Candles to rock the house.

Our team orchestrated every detail of this high-energy celebration – from mirror-clad dancers keeping the energy electric to strategic casino tables that gave guests a chance to test their luck between dance numbers. The sophisticated peach, black, and white color palette elevated disco from retro to luxe, while personal touches like a custom Sweet Mandy B's cake and curated specialty cocktails made every moment feel intimately special.
