Gravel Experiential produced a dynamic leadership meeting and retreat that delivered an authentic Texas experience, complete with ample opportunities for networking and team building. Set against the backdrop of Fort Worth, the event was held at the charming Hotel Drover, where attendees enjoyed comfortable accommodations and inspiring meeting spaces. 

 

The retreat kicked off in true Texas style with our brave clients making a grand entrance into the welcome reception—riding in on a longhorn! They got a taste of local culture with a private tasting from Garrison Brothers Whiskey and spent the night line dancing, roping, and belt monogramming. Stunning floral arrangements from Kate McLeod Studio set a beautiful scene for the festivities. 

 

Following a productive second day, participants soaked in the energy of the Pro Bull Riding World Finals at the legendary Cowtown Coliseum.
