Gravel Experiential produced their client’s Field Advisory Board Meeting and Retreat amidst the backdrop of historical San Antonio, Texas. Over the course of two days, the clients stayed at the one-of-a-kind Hotel Emma which also provided productive meeting spaces and hosted a welcome reception (including a custom cowboy hat-making experience via Lone Star Lids) and dinner in the Swiggle Key private dining room. Following dinner, clients enjoyed live music at the hotel’s Sternewirth bar. Clients were educated about Hotel Emma’s unique history, which used to be the famed Pearl Brewery, by MOV Tours. On the closing night, clients enjoyed a river boat tour provided by Go Rio Cruises which ended in the La Villita Historic Arts District with fresh margaritas and a performance by an all-female mariachi band, Mariachi Las Alteñas, on the Arneson Theater stage. The night culminated with a photo op at the unforgettable Alamo.
