Gravel Experiential produced an intimate and impactful team-building retreat in the charming setting of Newport, Rhode Island. Over the course of two full days, the team engaged in productive meetings while enjoying three evenings filled with activities that truly embodied the spirit of Newport.

The retreat was anchored at Hammetts Hotel, where attendees enjoyed beautiful and modern accommodations. Meetings were held at the historic Sailing Museum, offering a unique and inspiring backdrop for the team’s discussions and planning sessions.

Evenings were dedicated to deepening connections and experiencing the best of Newport. The group dined at some of the city’s finest restaurants, including Giusto, 22 Bowen’s, and The Landing, each offering a distinct taste of local cuisine. The team also embarked on a memorable sailing charter with America’s Cup Charters, capturing the essence of Newport’s maritime heritage, and experienced the scenic Rail Explorers peddle rail tour.
