​After a recent acquisition, Braze wanted to bring their newly expanded team together for their annual anniversary party. The challenge? Creating a celebration that would unite 400 employees from different backgrounds and work cultures into one cohesive team experience.

The solution transported guests from their Manhattan offices across the water to Brooklyn, where Strong Rope Brewery's laid-back atmosphere and stunning Statue of Liberty views provided the perfect escape from corporate routine. The venue's industrial-chic aesthetic created an ideal backdrop for authentic connection and celebration.

Throughout the evening, carefully planned surprise and delight elements kept energy high and engagement authentic. Live music filled the space while interactive games encouraged mingling across departments. Unique experiential touches like airbrush tattoos offered personalized keepsakes, while gourmet food stations and craft cocktails kept the celebration flowing seamlessly from cocktail hour through late-night dancing.
