Gravel Experiential produced a three-day customer appreciation experience at the iconic Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida. The tone was set before guests even packed their bags: Custom gift boxes arrived at their doors in advance, complete with goodr sunglasses, branded hats, and key lime cookies (of course). A preview of what was ahead.


The first evening opened with a welcome reception and dinner at CH Prime, the Ocean Reef Club's celebrated members only steakhouse; they graciously opened up for the evening for our group. Day two started with a morning meeting before shifting into the main event: a full-day powerboat poker run across the Atlantic, guests visiting  iconic stops in the keys to collect their cards. That evening, a beach dinner anchored by a dramatic whole tuna experience and glow chip golf gave everyone something to talk about on the flight home.
