When Benchmark needed to bring customers from across the country to Chicago for a three-day summit, we orchestrated a multi-day production that seamlessly blended business programming with signature Chicago hospitality.

The experience began at Hotel Zachary with a welcome reception that set the tone for the days ahead. We transformed Benchmark's offices into a professional conference environment with comprehensive AV support from Absolute Productions, furniture rentals from CORT, custom signage, and daily catering by Blue Plate. On day two, we coordinated an offsite client lunch at neighboring Dovetail Brewery featuring Beard and Belly's cuisine—giving attendees a taste of Chicago's craft beer scene while maintaining the professional atmosphere.

That evening, we took over Big Star Wrigleyville for a customer appreciation event complete with game rentals from Four Seasons Amusements and floral design by Kloeckner Preferred Florist. The rooftop setting and Wrigleyville energy created the perfect backdrop for clients to unwind and connect. After three days of hosting customers, the Benchmark team deserved their own celebration, so we closed out the event at Sluggers with a Magic Moments photo booth and desserts by Summer House.

Behind the scenes, our team managed multi-day transportation coordination via Windy City Limo, ensuring seamless movement between Hotel Zachary and multiple venues throughout the summit. We handled venue coordination across five locations, vendor management for over a dozen partners, furniture rentals, floral design, and staffing coordination.
