Situation:

Create a momentous close to the MillerCoors Distributor Conference at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.

Task:

Transform Caesar’s Palace outdoor pool area into a concert venue for a private performance by rock legend, Lenny Kravitz.

​

Action:

With only 63 hours from load in to load out, we built a custom deck over the largest pool at Caesar’s Palace and constructed a tailor-made performance stage with 822 feet of metal truss, 60 strobe lights, 135 moving lights and enough audio equipment for a true rock and roll experience. A total of 250 crew members worked day and night to help this rock legend, “Let Love Rule.”

Result:

MillerCoors employees and distributors were ecstatic about a surprise performance by a artist of this caliber. The post-event survey results repeatedly asked for a concert experience to be part of the agenda for future conferences.
